I have a program I would like to submit it in the app Store and reached the step to open the application loader? !
I get this message to sorry

The application loader version 1.3, which possessed the modern version is 2.3.1! 😐

How do I get the latest version of the program?


May be a solution to my problem which I consider this a serious problem! 😟
