error E0000225

hi bought iphone 3gs off friend who was upgraded to iphone 4 he had the phone unlocked by vodaphone as he now owned it as his new phone was upgrade they sent him email to say phone was unlocked put in new sim ( not voda) then connect to i tunes but keep getting erroe E 0000225 help
