I know this is the wrong place to post this question but no option is given.
How do I get to the actual page to sign up for a one to one appointment. I am already a member. But the Apple web site is not user freindly at all.

Are you referring to a 1 one 1 with a Genius? To meet with a genius, you will have to call the store to schedule your appointment.
http://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/ - select your state and then the nearest store and you can set up the appointment.

My mistake, I misunderstood what you were asking. However, the other One to One I am thinking of can still be accomplished in an Apple Retail Store.
