Same problem too.
Suddenly my magic mouse doesn't move anymore.
I can use the button and scroll the page but it doesn't move.

I have the same problem. Suddenly my magic mouse stoped moving the pointer but the clicks and scroll work.
I use my magic mouse on Windows but tonight I will test on my mac if the problem, will persist.
The strange is when I turn on the magic mouse the green light doesn´t blink for 50 secs after the light turns off

my 5th MM just quit working (tracking doesnt move the cursor, but all other functions work).
As these mice where used on different Macs (iMac, MacPro) I cannot see the any computer related disfunction but a "flaw" in production (?)

I have the same opinion. Yesterday I tested on my mac book pro and mac book white and the issue still happens.
What´s you number version of MM ?
Mine is: 8b015f0a0dzta

There is something written on the bottom of the Mice - but even stays unreadable when using a magnifier..
Is it worth putting batteries in these mice again and reconnect them with my Mac - what do think the serials would tell us?

For all of you who are having your mouse not track, what did you end up doing? Buying a new MM, getting it replaced, etc.?

I bought a Microsoft's Mouse. :/. I hate that, because im really enjoying the mouse...srrsr. But, im very sad when i look to the Magic Mouse, because i leave the mouse in the desk, its a beautiful mouse, so, i think its nice to have him, even he wont moving. . Dammit. In all iGadgets that i have, the only one that gave me a really bad experience was the magic mouse. I have a group of Apple Brasil in Facebook. Everybody make me lots of questions all the time, and i always say to them, buy everything, but never...ever... buy the magic mouse. Sad, but true.
P.S: Really sorry for the english, i'm learning.
