iPhone Frozen. Help!

Hi. I recently bought the iPhone 4S (like literally 6 hours ago) from the Apple Store.

In the middle of texting, the iPhone suddenly turns black and wouldn't

turn on.

I plugged it into the computer only to find that it is now in recover mode

and needs to be restored. I've tried to restore it at least 10 times, but

there were errors each time.

What do I do?! I've only touched this phone for less than two hours...😟
