iCloud calendar is not updating

i have checked all my settings and they are on! hoever for some reason my icloud calender online is not syncing with all my other devices. if i imput something on my phone it isnt appearing on my ipad or iphone 😟 have i missed something? x (i was previously a mobile me customer and did not have a problem before)
