Settings > General > Keyboard > Split Keyboard set to 'off'

Another option, if you'd like to keep the capability of using the split keyboard, would be to simply grab each of the two pieces of keyboard and drag them back together again. Alternatively, hold (don't just touch -- hold it) the little icon of a keyboard in the lower right corner of that keyboard, and you'll see "Dock and Merge", which will put the keyboard back together again.
