Whenever I try to click on the music tab in my itunes library, a symbol of a red circle with a cross through-it comes up against my cursor and i am unable to click through into my library. this happens whenever I'm trying to go back to my library after browsing in the itunes store. if anyone could help, it'd be much appreciated.

I too am having this issue since I installed latest version. I've tried importing all of my music again, as well as reinstalling 10.5.0.142. I am able to play "Genius Mixes" but cannot view my music library or playlists. Cannot view TV Shows or Movies but can view apps.

I'm also having the same issue. I can't access music, playlists, movies, or TV shows. I have the 10.5 version of iTunes. I'm also running Windows 7.

Same here. The only thing different from my other PCs is that this one has a touch screen. If I use my fingers on the touch screen to click on the library, it works fine. If I use the mouse to click on the library I get the red circle. This looks like an Itunes Bug.

So, I still can't click on anything, but if I use the arrows to navigate I can get to each of the folders. It's still annoying.
yep, I have the same problem - very annoying. Hopefully it'll be fixed in the next update.
I have the same problem but found that if I double-click it then it works.
