My itunes won't let me open my library or rename playlists since the new update. What can I do to fix it?

My itunes isn't letting do a normal left click to go between music and playlists on my player. I have to right click it to do anything and I can't rename my playlists either. What do I have to do to fix it? It's really annoying and I am fustrated by it.
