After a recent iTunes update, everything worked until one day I plugged in my iPhone and received a "please reinstall iTunes" error.  Following Apple's suggestion to uninstall Apple software (in order to reinstall everything) in a specific order, I am stuck.  I now have an error that states the following when attempting to uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support:

 

Installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\com.yahoo.go.sync.clientresources\Description.plist.

 

Please help, as it is irritating to not have the ability to sync/update my multiple Apple products!
