Can I remove myself from a group message?

Hello,

I am a desperate iPhone owner who's friends are very immature and have proceeded to add me to a group message and constantly messaging it all day! I have had more that 200 messages in less than 5 minutes. Is there ANYWAY I could get out of the group message??? I'm on the verge of going crazy and I would really like an answer as soon as possible. I have an AT&T iPhone and am unable to block specific numbers so therefore I can't just block them. I need help and am praying that someone can help me!!
