Download/Upload pics to my computer from my iPhone

I cant Download/Upload pics to my computer from mt iPhone.

I think everything else is working ok - ie outlook, iTunes,

i have Windows 7, a Dell computer, iPhone 4 (iS05), macafee

I think it might be some settings or preferences as I changed my land phone line from BT to AOL, my broadband was already with AOL. I had to call AOL to get back online when the transfer was complete and the problem started then.

Then a couple of days later my new router arrived and during the process of sorting this out with AOL a single pic did appear in my designated folder, but whenthe new router was installed the problem was there again.

Can antone help?? please
