I just got the new iPhone 4s and a friend notified me recently that in all my text messages there is a "New Message" heading sent out before my actual message. And when some people reply it shows up as Re: New Message, a break, and then their text. Why is this happening and what do I do to remove that?

are you using sprint? some of my friends have also brought this to my attention and i'm really annoyed that i can't figure out how to remove it.
Yeah, I have Sprint. I can't figure how to remove it either... I guess I would have to go to the Genius Bar and see if they know how to remove it.
I have a friend with Sprint iPhone 4S. His messages have this irritating heading also. It needs to go away.
