How do you access multitask view on the iPhone 4S?

On the iPhone 4 you double click the round button, but on the iPhone 4S double clicking the round button launches Siri. I even asked Siri how to do it and she didn't know.

You launch Siri by pressing and holding the Home button. You still access your recently used apps by double tapping the Home button.
