I have moved all my OS5 devices to the iCloud but now find that my calendars are out of sync.
At the moment, my iMac and iPad show a number of calendars missing while my iPhone shows them still there.
If I try to add calendars to my iCloud calendar, then I get duplicates on my iPhone.

Had the same problem. I ended up fixing it by deleting the me.com (icloud) acct from the iphone, then re-establishing the acct.
Settings->Mail,Contacts,Calendars->iCloud acct (scroll down and Delete Account) then go back to Mail, Contacts, Calendars to recreate the iCloud acct (me.com acct)
