Problems syncing with 2 computers

I have been syncing calender and contacts with my work computer and everything else on my home computer, both running windows. Now that I have upgraded to iOS5, iTunes wants to transfer purchases to my work computer when synching, is there anyway to stop it from doing that? I don't want or need any of my apps, music, etc on my work computer. I have an iPhone 4s. Thanks!
