No Lion-Driver for Samsung CLP-510?

I´m asking Samsung for months now about a driver for my clp-510 and now they responded that they won't make one.
Does anybody know any other driver that works? I have a well working printer and and toners for hundrets of euros and can't use it anymore.

Thank you!

You are totally right. I'm doing it for months now and it really *****. I had to install Snow Leopard on my other Mac so I could actually use the freaking printer. My next one definitely won't be a Samsung.

I do not have this printer, so please excuse a perhaps uninformed question or answer. Samsung does have a driver for OS X 10.6 on their US website. Has anyone tried that driver?

I downloaded and installed the driver. It seemed to work when printing to a virtual printer. I do not know what would come out of the printer, but at least the software seems to work. The driver is 32 bit only, but it does not depend on any PDEs that would require anything to be 64 bit. My thinking is that it may well work.
