i got an error during the ios upgrade (ipod touch 4g)

i have to upgrade my ipod touch, i started download ios from itunes (yah, it's the last version) and then it started installing.

first time there was ERROR 2002 (I HAVE WINDOWS XP)

i clicked OK and then it started to install (why did it start with the error?!?)

there was a different one.. (didn't get the number 😟 )

and now my ipod have the apple logo and an empty loading bar who are not going.

(TRYED TO RESTART THE PC

TRYED TO CLOSE THE IPOD (but nothing happen) )

i'm waiting the battery goes out and then retry to put it on itunes.

PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN

P.S. ITUNES DO NOT SEE MY IPOD NOW

Here's what your error can be about, copied from http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694

Error 2000-2009 (2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, and so on): If you experience this issue on a Mac, disconnect third-party devices, hubs, spare cables, displays, reset the SMC, and then try to restore. If you are using a Windows computer, remove all USB devices and spare cables other than your keyboard, mouse, and the device, restart the computer, and try to restore. If that does not resolve the issue, try the USB issue-resolution steps and articles listed for Error 1604 above. If the issue persists, it may be related to conflicting security software.

Try to connect in recovery mode after you checked your security software settings and USB ports. iOS: Unable to restore
