Apple ID fraud/misuse

Hi!

I hope this is the right thread, if not, please move ;-)

I got an iPhone an thought I had created an Apple ID years ago. I found an account with my E-Mail adress and retrieved the password. Soon after my first app purchase I found out, that there is another guy who created that account. I have his adress, personal data and I can purchase apps and probably more with this account.

I do not want my e-mail adress to be connected with somebody else. I do not want to purchase anything with somebody elses money. And I am sure this guy is not happy either. I want all data to be deleted. And I want this to be done by Apple because this is not my fault.

Where can I write to? I have not found a place where I can open a support case or report fraud. Any help is apreciated.
