Where is the delete key ?

Here's a picture of an MBA keyboard, I can clearly see the 'delete' key at the top right of the keyboard, what does your MBA have instead?

The backspace key is only marked as 'del' on some US keyboards. For the rest of us, it's the 'back' arrow.

However, as Retired Engineer says, forward delete on laptop keyboards is Fn+backspace.

Send to Trash is cmd (⌘)+backspace - or secondary click and choose 'Move to Trash' from the contextual menu.

Move to trash or drag to the trashcan, or (keyboard only) command+delete

Select the file or files, press command key + delete key and it will send the selected file(s) to the trash can.

The forward delete function (delete the character to the right of the cursor) is fn + delete.
