Address Book question. Please help!

I need to transfer my address book contacts and calender from my home computer to my work computer, which has no internet connection, o I can't use iSync. Is there a way I can move these from 1 computer to another on disk or with my iPod? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks!

I hesitate to be too specific regarding the possibilities, because you list four computers.

If you have the same versions of Address Book and iCal on both computers, you could use the backup feature of Address Book and iCal.

Backup your contact information easily to keep it secure. Choose File > Backup Database and then select a location for the backup.

If any of your computers have Tiger, you may want to review How to back up and restore your important Mac OS X 10.4 files for additional information.
