green phone icon missing on iPhone

The green icon to make phone calls is missing from my phone. It is not combined with another icon. I can make calls by going to the first screen and typing in phone and it shows up there. Can anyone help me get it back to the bottom of the iphone screen?

Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout

The phone app can't be deleted. It was moved to another home screen page and/or inside a folder.

If you can't find it, or don't want to look for it:

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout
