i just got this ipos recently there is no app button i have no games or app button to get to the games can anyone help i want angry birds 😟

Make sure you are running at least iOS version 2.0 or later. If you have a 1G iPod Touch, see this article for information on downloading the 3.1 update, the highest version of iOS that is supported on it.

my ipod touch was froze so i had to restore it iso is windows yes? my ipod touch is 8 Gb

Your 1G iPod Touch can only go as high as iOS 3.1 Did you try to update using the link I provided above to purchse the update?

i got the download but i keep getting error 8288 and i have no idea what that is or i get connection prob. and that is not the prob. HELP
