IOS beta 7 expired. What now..?

Hi there,

I bought some troubles after installing IOS beta 7. It didnt activate for more than 3 days. Going overseas with a dead phone is very painful. Later everything is fine.

Five days before, IOS beta 7 expired.

I connect with itunes 10.5, i got the error message "The software on the iphone has expired"

What now.

I dont want all the dveleoper program head ache. Apple is taking granted to its developers.

I prefer to be a normal user.

so can anyone tell me what shall i do now...?

Some advice to install the release version of IOS 5. Which version of itunes i am supposed to use?

And how do i restore it..?
