An application named Pennytel can open after 3-4 hours iPhones rest but after one quit can't use whole day , I mean can't get started?? And another application called mo-call works with wifi and with different network but with my sim card it's cant connect with VoIP services . Can anyone help me ??

It is their app. Talk to them about the problem. Unless you're talking about a completely different app, in which case you should Open up iTunes, find it in the store, and click the link provided for support for that application or the developers web site.
