How do I plug my iphone into a computer that is not mine but not have their information be synced onto my phone?

I do not have a computer. I use my itunes account on my sister's mac. I backed up my old iphone on her computer. How do i transfer only my information to my phone when i plug it into her computer accessing my itunes account on her computer?

First time you connect the new iPhone to the Mac iTunes will ask you if you wis to restore data from a backup and if you did it correctly iTunes should suggest you a choice of the 2 iPhones already backedup in that Mac.

Of course you need to have done it keeping the names of the devices different.
