how do i migrate my address book to iCloud?

Hi all, I've just transfered from mobileme to iCloud which has been great for my iMac and iPhone. However, my macbook (OS X 10.5.8) has been left behind in the process. I want to migrate the address book from OS X 10.5.8 to iCloud, bearing in mind this is after the inital transfer to iCloud. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I think you're going to need a direct connection from your 10.5 Mac to say the iPhone & do a sync to it.

You could also while in 10.5.8 & Address Book, highlight one address then Select All, then from the File Menu choose Export>vCard, then move that file to the iMac & Import in AB.
