I click on the Music and Sound browser. Click on the Final Cut Pro Sound Effects. Nothing shows up. This is the same with the iLife Sound Effects, Apple Loops for Soundtrack Pro and Final Cut Sound Effects.
I have Final Cut Pro installed on a Separate Partition.
Any suggestions on how to locate these files?

I also have an additional problem. In the App Store and in the PURCHASED page, I accidently deleted the Final Cut Pro X purchases.
I then went to the App store and tried to download FCPX again. The download button shows INSTALLED. I click on it and nothing happened. I also put FCPX in the trash hoping this might work.
I option -> clicked and control -> clicked. This did not work.
Any suggestions to these problems?
Did you ever solve this problem? I have a student with a similar issue.
i retrieved the Purchase page in iTunes ie. from my accounts. Re-downloaded FCPX. I do not recall the exact link but I went to the FCPX support page and downloads; there was a link to download the dmg files with the additional content.
