uninstalling Facebook Exporter for iPhoto

I have read a few things about how to uninstall this plugin but they are not fully working. I upgraded to the newest version of this plugin for iphoto (i am running 7.1.5) and things no longer work. I deleted the plugin the way everyone described but when I try to install the earlier version it says I still have the newer version already installed. Where else has this plugin placed information and how can I get rid of it all?
