Flickering screen after iOS 5 firmware update issues with 3gs.

After upgrading a iphone 3GS to iOS5 I have a weird flickering screen that shows an apple logo with a progress bar. I made a little video so you can see the problem:

Does anyone know how to fix this weird problem. Already wiped the iphone and restored a backup. Switched on and off serveral times etcetc.

It looks like a weird software problem/ bug.
