MBP Optical Headphone out cable to SPDIF phono?

Does such a cable exist so I cando the Digital out direct from the Macbook Pro 3.5 inch headphone jack to my MOTU interface that has a Digital spdif in, but on a phono co-axial cable?

I want to record with a single digital cable from my Macbook on=board digital sound OUT > my connected USB Audio Interface via SPDIF

The problem is finding the cable that will allow digital 3.5 (OUT) from the mac to a phono coaxial end to go (IN) to my Audio interface to record 2 channel stereo at a time

Please help!
