when apple release iPhone 4s unlocked us

I'm looking for the unlocked iPhone 4S also...but they still not indicate the specific release date...someone said it's gonna be around Nov.15.

yea i agree its toooo faaaaaar man.....but november 15 would be like a month since the 4s became available...guess they waiting for a complete month kt

I just checked the US apple store and as of today (11.11.11), THEY BEGAN TO OFFER the Unlocked iPhone 4s!!! Now it's available for order and ships in 1-2 weeks! 😀

If I order the iPhone 4s unlocked I should pay for tax?

Hi! Yes, unfortunately. When you add the iPhone to your cart, it will ask you the Zip Code where you want it to be shipped and it automatically calculates the Taxes =S I did a test and added the 32 GB one (750$), and Apple added 50$ on Taxes because it was going to be sent to Florida.

A friend of mine in los angeles went to a store but one of the apple boy told her that they don't have any.

The unlocked iPhones should be in retail stores in december ..... The only way to buy an unlocked iPhone is by order only throughout the online apple stores.

I was able to order 2 64gb unlocked iPhone 4s, 1 black and 1 white from the website yesterday (11-11-11). I received a confirmation email as well time stamped 10:16am. So, it appears that they are released officially. My order says ships in 1-2 weeks. And the delivery date says Nov. 28 - Dec. 5. If you follow through on Apple's website to actually buy the phone, then select your color, then your size, then look at the bottomand you will see it says "ships 1-2 weeks", but just click on the size you want (again) and it will show a summary up at the top on the right side. Once you see the summary, you will see the green "continue" button. This continue button was not appearing until yesterday. Once you click continue and fill out the normal ordering info, you can place your order!!! Hope this helps!!
