GB 11 and soundfonts

Hey there,

So been trying to use GB with sf2 files.

I have finally found some that APPEAR to work, when I put them in the right folder and then edit an existing instrument they seem to work.

In that if I use the software keyboard I hear the sounds (bagpipes)

However when I try to apply this instrument to an existing midi track it doesnt play.

This happens for any of the files I try. I have a bunch of drum kits and guitars that seem to work, again I can hear them when I set them up, but they don't play in a timeline.

Am I just doing something or misunderstanding something?
