Blue screen on BBC NEWS app

This is a great app and I use it daily for a year now without problems. Now, since a few days, a blue screen saying Samsung Galaxy II in the top margin and showing a "close" button rolls over the page and can't be removed until I restart my iPad. The App store does not allow me to make a comment not recognising that I have downloaded the app a year or so ago. It shows as "installed" I can't find a way to get to the BBC to alert them of the problem. Any suggestions how to get to them?
