I set up my HP Officejet 4500 with wireless. I can print wirelessly from my PC netbook. When I try to print from my IPad2 it says it can't find a printer. Why can't it find printer? Do I need to download the HP software or should it automatically find the printer?
The OfficeJet 4500 is not "technically" enabled for AirPrint, which is why it will sometimes and sometimes not work with iOS devices on certain occasions.
iOS devices are only guaranteed to print 100% of the time to printers that are specifically enabled for AirPrint.
