Is there something that mimics a "save as" function in imovie?

New iMovie user so bear with me.... I've got a section in a video that i've created with a background, title, text, and animation. Is there a way to either do a SAVE AS on this video and then delete the rest of the clips so only this section remains... or is there a way to copy/paste this into a New Project and save that so i can reuse over and over in the future? Thank you!
