iChat backup file from iPhone on computer?

I know that you can find and pull texts by using an SQ program reader with finding and decifering a back up file, but I was wondering if there is a similar file for the iChat app? I recently mistakenly deleated my iChat conversation on the iPhone, and it was business related. Does anyone the file name that iChat saved conversations fall under in the backup folder? I know the the text files fall under the file name "3d0d7e5fb2ce288813306e4d4636395e047a3d28.mddata"....so was wondering which one would be the iChat saved texts/conversations.
