I accidentally drop my iphone on the floor but it seems fine..Nothing is damaged physically but i am very worry that something inside the phone is damaged..is there a way to check it or what are the common problems faced by a dropped iphone?

I've dropped my iphone on a tile floor more than once. Both my 3gs as well as my iphone4. Both phones never suffered any damage. Maybe I was lucky. Both phones had a case.If the phone is working ,I wouldn't worry about it.Dropped iphones usually have damage in the form of a cracked or shattered screen if any damage at all.If that is not the case with you, then I wouldn't be concerned about it.
