Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have the 4s and did a complete restore and set it up as a new phone in hopes this would solve the battery issue.
Problem is, I failed to save the photos on my phone, but I do have an iCloud backup.
So my question is; is there any way to recover only the photos from an iCloud backup?
Any help would be much appreciated...

Thank you Kappy, but I am trying to avoid (in the setup process) restoring from a backup, as others have had success with battery life setting the phone up as a new device.
So I am essentially trying to merely be able to access the photos from the backup?!
More than likely a futile task, but thought I would try!
If your photos are in iCloud then you should be able to access them via PhotoStream, I think.
I deleted those too (I know, I'm a moron)....
