Try the Translation Window extension available for download here > https://extensions.apple.com/
Once it's installed you can access the setttings by going to Safari / Prerferences then select the Extensions tab.
Or, instead of installing an extension, you can use the auto detect translator at Google here > http://translate.google.com/
You can add the page to a Bookmark. From your Safari menu bar click Bookmarks > Add Bookmark.
