Q: Loaded instrument (drum kit) comes out as piano sound as does most others
Every time i try to load a software instrument such as a drum kit or various others they all sound the same. Like just a standard piano sound. But when I fast switch to another user on the computer. Garageband 2 plays fine. Why is this?
No idea, but trashing your personal GB preferences (User/Library/Preferences/com.apple.garageband.plist) should help. And repairing permissions is always a good thing.
