How do I download yahoo messenger on my iPad 1?

You can't download programs via Safari, you can only download apps via the iTunes app store on your computer's iTunes, or the App Store app on the iPad. Is this what you want : http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/yahoo!-messenger-free-sms/id309219097?mt=8 ?

I have the app, it works just like the main one: Log in with your account info and it connects.
