How do you skpe with ipad2?

I assume you have a Skype account and the Skype app for iPad. With this said, sign into your Skype account, click the contact you want to call, and then you will have a number of options, video is a video call, just a voice call or even chat or SMS.

just install Skype, (when connected to the internet - WiFi:) login with your name/password, and done: you will see your contacts etc.
