Do I have a virus?

When I attempted to launch Safari a window popped up whith this message: "An applet from www.solstation is requesting access to your computer. The digital signal cannot be verified."

When I attempt to deny access, close the window or ignore, nothing happens. Seems like the computer is frozen. I turned the computer off and on and the window is still there. Help!
