iTunes 10.5 on windows XP causes high CPU usage

-iTunes consumes 50%

-AppleMobileDeviceService.exe consumes another 50%

Any solutions to that? Is it a bug to be fixed? Any updates avaliable?

I am seeing the same thing in Windows 7 - only it's using up 98% of the CPU
