Jam Band for logic express? Drum Fills

Hello, I am working with a Logic 8 instructional video, Jam Band is being used to set up loops and fills. Does anyone know if that was part of logic

express, Also are there any Drum Fills ( can't find them) with Garage band loops or Logic Express, Thanks so much,
