MacBook does not go sleep automatically. + display wake question

Hi!

I have problem with my MacBook (mid 2010) on Mac OS X Lion.

It can't go to sleep automatically after time that has been set. It happens both situations - if magsafe is plugged in or not. I am not a newbie user of mac and I tried searching any solutions for my problem. Everything I have tried didn't help...

How can I fix it?

My second problem is that I cant wake display using touchpad. Is it issue or normal thing on Lion?
