How do I uninstall the Plex Media Server?

I uninstalled the Plex app itself, which I had downloaded and installed, by clicking and dragging it from the App folder in finder to the trash. However, its ghost lives in this Plex Media Server thing. This remainder item shows up in my dock and opens each time and constantly runs and I can't even remove it from the dock, let alone destroy it. Suggestions on how to quash it and squash it?

I swiped the following from the Plex Forums

Delete Plex.app from your Applications folder and delete the following:

  • /Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server
  • /Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Application Support/Plex
  • /Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Preferences/com.plexsquared.Plex.plist
  • /Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Logs/Plex.log
  • /Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Logs/Plex Media Server.old.log
  • /Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Logs/Plex Media Server.log
  • /Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Logs/Plex Media Scanner.old.log
  • /Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Logs/Plex Media Scanner.log
  • /Users/[YOUR USER]/Library/Caches/com.plexsquared.Plex
