I use Itunes Gift Card and finaly after years i make my balance equal to an application on the apple store
when i try to buy the app there is a notefication msg say you dont have the money !!!??? my wallet is 24.99$ and the app 24.99$
this is crazy i dont want to buy another gift card i want my balance to become zero

i dont think so mate there is no tax in the app store if its say 0.99$ that mean 0.99$ and if it's say 24.99$ it the same 24.99$ amount nothing less and nothing more
i have 24.99$ and i'll buy something with the same amount and i'll not put another gift card
there must be a way to make your balance zero and i want to do it
Apps are indeed taxed at the local rate.
