Maybe what you need to do is limit yourself to how much time you can spend on it per day.

I have the same "problem" with my iPhone 4s..... I can't leave it for more than an hour
I think that in some way it has replaced my MacBook Pro:/
For example I am typing this from my iPhone.....LOL
